Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in this profile:

- You have worked inside multiple organisations and understand how dynamics really work.
- You bring at least 20 years of experience, including at least one role as CFO.
- You have a clear vision on the future of the CFO role and the part we play in it.
- You understand the entrepreneurial mindset of the CEO and can respond with empathy and impact.
- You feel at home in a world of automation, tools and digital transformation.
- You are commercially sharp and have a network that matters.
- You communicate clearly, convincingly and with impact — on paper and in the boardroom.
- You bring energy, ownership and the drive to go the extra mile.
- You prefer a no-nonsense approach: honest, direct and result-oriented.
- You have a few scars — and they make you stronger.
- You have strong consulting skills: analyse, advise and present.
- You have experience as an independent entrepreneur and know what it means to be at the helm yourself.
- You are a team player with humour, perspective and a healthy dose of self-awareness.
