He began his career as a consultant in the logistics sector, where he spent four years working on international assignments for the World Bank and the European Community, as well as projects for local banks and institutions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Edwin then transitioned into the corporate world, joining Batenburg Beheer\u2014listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange\u2014as a controller. Over sixteen years, he served as an executive within multiple business units and as a member of the holding company\u2019s executive board. The group operated across trade, IT, and installation technology throughout the Benelux.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In 2014, he started his independent interim CFO practice, and in 2015 he became one of the first partners at CFO Netwerk. Since then, he has supported medium\u2011 to large\u2011sized companies and family businesses with strategic, financial, organizational, and governance\u2011related challenges.
